Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report the slow and unstable internet connection in my area. Since I am now taking online classes, I access the Internet for my lessons and materials, so high speed Internet connectivity is very important to me. My main problem is that the signal is not strong enough during the day. As most of my online classes are in the morning, I am frequently disconnected from the lectures. Without stable Internet connectivity, it is more and more difficult for me to follow the class. I realise that it is expensive to support all students in the city who are doing online classes as a result of the pandemic. However, students should be able to attend their classes without any interruption rather than spending all the time adjusting their devices. In conclusion, I find this is an irritating problem. Unless there is a significant improvement to the internet reliability and speed in the area, the students in our city will not be able to attend online classes.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the timetable of broadcasting lessons and the pace of the lessons on the city's TV channel. I am now a grade-10 student taking online lessons from my school,  and your lessons on TV are also important for me to review and acquire the knowledge better.

My first problem is that the lessons are broadcast fairly early. They are mostly in the morning and afternoon, at the same time as my online classes, so I can only watch them on weekends.

Furthermore, their speed is a bit slow. Although lecture content and lecturers’ teaching skills are amazing, lesson pace makes me and my peers less engaged and focused.

I realise that it is not easy to change the broadcast schedule immediately, but if you can do that, students in the city will be so grateful. Also, teachers’ speeding up the lessons a little bit would have an important impact on our acquisition of knowledge.

For these reasons, I strongly believe that unless there is a change in timetable and lesson pace, students will not learn as effectively as you expected
