I live in the coastal area of Quy Nhon City. There are many things I like about my neighbourhood. The food here is delicious and cheap. The sea food is always fresh. The people are kind and friendly and the weather is nice. It is sunny and cool. Every year, many visitors from all provinces come here to relax. However, there are two things I dislike about it: the people are crowded and the sea is polluted.

Well, honestly, I did not grow up in a metropolis like Ho Chi Minh City. The place where I spent most of my childhood is a small village near Bien Hoa City. Speaking of the local population, I would say that I am lucky to have the most hospitable, cooperative, and supportive neighbors and friends around me. They were always there to help my family when we were in need.

We were all involved in lots of joint activities. For instance, whenever some neighbors of my family were building a house, we gave them a hand by lending them tools. So we had a very close-knit relationship. I did enjoy living in my neighborhood because I had a lot of great friends with whom I played football, basketball, and board games.

I recall that we had some disagreements, but that everything was fine soon after. Although we were no longer living in the same area, we kept in touch via social media. I am now living in Ho Chi Minh City to make a living, but I might return to my neighborhood to visit my parents and my childhood friends.
