These days, more people tend to migrate from rural areas to the cities. This trend causes some cities to become overpopulated. It is obvious that there are root causes behind this phenomenon and the continuation of this trend may have a great impact on city dweller's lives.

There are two main reasons why individuals migrate to urban areas. Firstly, there are more job opportunities in cities. That is because the majority of big companies and factories are located in cities, and many people move to cities to find a job with decent salaries. If these people find a job in one of these companies, they will stay in cities permanently. Secondly, most cities are facilitated with basic amenities. In other words, since most of the government's budget is allocated to urban areas, the people living in the countryside do not have access to basic amenities. Take recreational facilities, which are an important factor for the young's happiness for example; it can be impossible to find a cinema or theatre in the countryside. This persuades young individuals to move to cities.

It is evident that this trend will bring consequences. One of the most important effects is concerned with the environment. The more people move to cities, the more polluted cities are bound to be. An increase in city dwellers means that there would be more carbon dioxide emissions and more waste produced by households. This may result in a decrease in air quality and soil contamination. Furthermore, this trend may cause economic difficulties. It is more probable the price of accommodation will rise sharply as a result of people migrating to the cities. This may cause managing the family budget to become an impossible mission for many citizens.

To sum up, considering the point discussed above, there are some causative factors behind this social event. As a result of migration to cities, the life of people living in cities will change drastically, so it is the government's obligation to facilitate the rural area so that individuals do not have enough incentive to migrate to the cities.

Today the great majority of people are moving to urgent areas instead of rural ones, which causes problems with overpopulation. I do have an opinion, that there are many reasons as well as possible effects of that trend

Let us start by looking at the reasons why the population still continues to move out of villages. Firstly, it is the scarcity of workplaces and other facilities as well, which ordinary citizens usually have. If we compare the city and the village, the salaries in the rural areas tend to be lower. Another problem is about obligations: due to the lack of workplaces the main source of villagers' income is agriculture. However, it is easier for many of us to work in an office rather than grow plants or look after animals.

Turning to another point, it is obvious that the possible consequences of that trend may be detrimental. Except for congestion, cities will face a lack of natural things, such as milk, eggs and meat. Of course, it can be produced by factories, but the quality would be worse. Another issue is the increased amount of violence. According to statistics, many redneck people find it difficult to live in modern conditions, and their way of communication is different from city-dwellers' way. Consequently, conflicts between them become a usual thing.

Taking everything into consideration, I would say that many of us can face different problems connected with the relocation of villagers and we must do something to help them to avoid these problems.

The number of people immigrating to cities has increased currently which has made cities more populated. This has influenced society in many ways and there are major reasons for this phenomenon.

One of the most significant causes that more people are eager to move to urban areas is numerous job opportunities. There are many job vacancies offered in a city that enable people to pick one of them in accordance with their needs and desires. Due to living in villages, the youth had no other choices other than working on farmlands. Moreover, the lack of recreational areas and comprehensive healthcare systems in the countryside has attracted a great population to large cities. It is a fact that many villagers are deprived of an efficient number of nurses and doctors and have to travel to cities to find appropriate treatments.

Moving to cities has affected the areas in many aspects including culture and population. The more people live in an area, the more probable it is to become overcrowded. In Italy, the number of residents has decreased as the youth decided to replace their residential areas with larger cities. In addition, what is quite noticeable is that the differences in culture are hard to deal with and it might take much time to get used to the new environment. Sometimes newcomers do not observe ethics and the rules of living in a cosmopolitan. That is why old inhabitants find newcomers' behaviours quite frustrating. These two factors may negatively affect megacities.

In conclusion, in spite of the existence of various facilities and higher employment rates in cities, effective measures should be taken into account to prevent the population of small places from moving to cities to avoid cultural conflicts and being crowded.

Migration of people from the countryside to cities has increased with great speed which eventually resulted in crowded cities. There are multiple reasons behind this fact and the effects of these kinds of movements are various.

Firstly, people tend to move to urban places for jobs. Industrialization created more and more employment, furthermore the unemployed youth get attracted towards it. Few of them come for permanent settlement nevertheless, this increases the overpopulation in the city, for example, youngsters get married and produce children, is the leading cause of the growing population and making cities overcrowded.

Secondly, most of the students need higher education for further career, however, these students apply for the universities in the towns. This makes a city livelier and more energetic; moreover, it develops the economy as well as literacy and ultimate grace of the town. Nevertheless, these educated students further help in economic advancement by setting up their own business or doing jobs with more accuracy. Many of them can attract foreign funds by means of attracting western companies to invest in profitable ventures.

Lastly, the patients from rural areas who are in need of specialised consultation and management move to larger cities for their treatment. Along with the diseased person, few of the family members also accompany them; this ultimately results in an unhealthy atmosphere of the city and an overburdening of sick people.

In conclusion, shifting of individuals from villages to towns has been raised and so have the effects. Although the impacts are varied, they need to be managed properly to enhance the healthy atmosphere and standard of living of society.
