In modern society, it is often argued that youths tend to prefer majors according to their own preferences, while others think that young generation should prioritize upcoming times. Personally, I strongly agree with the first statement that juveniles should probably be focused to get a dream job that would complete all their personal needs.

On one hand, the variations of work are capable of making the job easier and more enjoyable for the individual to accomplish goals in a career. These days, people could determine what they want to do for living and spend enough time on thinking about their lifestyle. Furthermore, society in today's world has become more flexible in ways which could fulfill its purposes and its aims. There are several reasons for it. Freedom is a fundamental principle of human rights and people could choose whatever they want. The main thing that almost no young people from youths would judge anyone's decision.

On the other hand, parents often worry that if young people focus only on their personal preferences, they might make choices that are not practical. They think some majors may not lead to good jobs in the future. For example, parents often suggest studying fields like engineering, medicine, or technology because these jobs are seen as more stable and well-paying. Parents want their children to have secure futures, even if it means choosing something they don’t enjoy as much.

In conclusion, while it’s understandable that parents want their children to choose stable careers, it’s important to let them make their own choices. Supporting young people in following their interests helps them succeed and creates a more creative and happy society.

Recently there has been a heated debate about how institutions should recompense the alumni, some believe that only the best among them should be, while others think that the ones who have shown significant improvement when compared to the beginning of their studies should.

On the one hand, without a doubt, those youngsters who have the highest grades are the ones that have put more effort into their studies, therefore, they are rewarded only because they make the institute more prestigious. According to the data, all highest ranked universities such as Oxford University use this rewarding method, as a result, postgraduates have been shown to find jobs more easily, increasing the prestige of the university. In addition, this way youngsters are more encouraged to study because they become competitive against each other.

On the other hand, every student has different abilities and requires different time to learn, moreover, some of them may have to face some trauma that has kept them away from books, hence, some of them may find some difficulty in finding their path. For example, if an alumn has been through some family issues such as abusive parents, or suffers from autism, it is obvious that their school performances are influenced by their situation. Thus, those scholars should be rewarded when they make even the smallest progress, especially when they are still young.

In conclusion, I believe educational institutions should not give rewards only to those who get good grades, but since their priority should be to educate children, they must take care of every one of them, in order to make them improve also as people not only by the scholastic point of view.

Offering rewards to good scorers is one of incentive programs which schools often launch after examination to motivate students. However, there is a suggestion that moderate achievers are worth being encouraged for their own endeavor, instead of straight A students. From my point of view, young learners, in any circumstance, should be deserved well as long as they are improving little by little.

The first reason is that this may cause mental illness to lower achievers, if their efforts are unappreciated. For example, a student is likely to suffer from negative mood such as feeling inferior or envious when he realizes that no matter how he attempts, he is just like a runner-up in tournaments. Therefore, it is necessary to pay compliments as well as monetary rewards to students even though their achievements are junior. Not only will this inspire learners to be more creative in their studies, but also it creates equity in schools where each personal value needs acknowledging.

On the other hand, without incentive grants for high scorers, they would lack motivation to step further as a foreseen outcome. In the long run, this may lead to brain drain referring to the emigration of intellectuals to other nations for better study environment. Apart from these, praising high scorers is the positive way to set shining examples for weaker students, which nurtures healthy competition in today schools. As a result, unless they do their best, they would find it hard to keep up with their peers.

In conclusion, I contend that any personal improvement, if modest, should be appreciated. More importantly, giving rewards needs to be due and well-prepared in order that each receiver realizes they should move forward, rather than being satisfied with achievements recorded.

Some people think that schools should reward those students who excel in academic performance. However, others believe that those who show improvements in their grades should get rewards. I personally believe that while rewarding those who show excellent academic performance inspires them and they achieve this result through their born talents, rewarding those who are improving is more beneficial because they achieve this result through their hard work and dedication. Who excel in their academic performance, rewarding inspires them. After getting rewards, they will become more courageous to perform better.

Moreover, Those who achieve excellent results in their academic careers, achieve them because they are talented by born. When they properly use their born talents, they can achieve this success. For example, in 2019, a research project published by Deakin University revealed that students who are born talents only become succeed in exams and achieve excellent results. However, I personally believe that students who achieve success through their hard work deserve rewards.

However, students who achieve success through significant improvements, deserve rewards because they achieve it through their hard work. Achieving excellence from a beginner level, requires a lot of hard work. Those who can do that hard work only achieve that success. Furthermore, achieving success also requires dedication. People who achieve success through dedication requires a lot of effort. For example, in Australia, people who achieve success through hard work can become succeed. Therefore,I believe that those who achieve success from a beginner level deserve rewards.

In conclusion, I personally believe that those who succeed academically deserve rewards. However, those who achieve success through their hard work from a beginner level deserves more.
