Điều 81. Hiệu lực thi hành

Nghị định này có hiệu lực sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày ký.

Điều 82. Hướng dẫn thực hiện

Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước, Thủ trưởng các Bộ, ngành có liên quan hướng dẫn thực hiện Nghị định này.

Điều 83. Trách nhiệm thi hành

Các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Chủ tịch ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Nghị định này.

Chapter XI

IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

Article 81.- Implementation effect

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its signing.

Article 82.- Implementation guidance

The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the concerned ministries and the heads of the concerned branches shall guide the implementation of this Decree.

Article 83.- Implementation responsibility

The ministers, the heads of ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decree.
