Điều khoản thi hành
Điều 34. Hiệu lực thi hành

1. Pháp lệnh này có hiệu lực từ ngày 1 tháng 5 năm 2002.

2. Các quy định trước đây trái với Pháp lệnh này đều bãi bỏ.

Điều 35. Hướng dẫn thi hành

Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành Pháp lệnh này.

Chapter VII

IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

Article 34.- Implementation effect

1. This Ordinance shall take effect as from May 1, 2002.

2. The earlier provisions contrary to this Ordinance shall all be annulled.

Article 35.- Implementation guidance

The Government shall detail and guide the implementation of this Ordinance.
