Khen thưởng và xử lý vi phạm
Điều 13. 

 Tập thể, cá nhân bảo vệ cơ quan, doanh nghiệp có thành tích xuất sắc trong công tác bảo vệ và phong trào quần chúng bảo vệ an ninh Tổ quốc, được khen thưởng theo quy định của nhà nước và được khen thưởng của ngành công an.

Điều 14. 

 Tập thể, cá nhân bảo vệ cơ quan, doanh nghiệp lợi dụng nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn bảo vệ để thực hiện các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật thì tùy theo tính chất, mức độ vi phạm sẽ bị xử lý kỷ luật, xử phạt hành chính hoặc truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự.

COMMENDATION AND HANDLING OF VIOLATIONS

Article 13.- Collectives and individuals performing security tasks in agencies and enterprises, that record outstanding achievements in security work and the movement of protecting the national security by the mass, shall be commended and/or rewarded as prescribed by the State and by the police service.

Article 14.- Collectives and individuals performing security tasks in agencies and enterprises, that abuse their security tasks and powers to commit acts of law violation, shall, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, be disciplined, administratively handled or examined for penal liability.
