Điều 16. Hiệu lực thi hành

Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau 45 ngày, kể từ ngày đăng Công báo

Điều 17. Trách nhiệm thi hành

Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch, các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ và Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương có trách nhiệm tổ chức, hướng dẫn, kiểm tra việc thực hiện Nghị định này.

IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

Article 16. Effect

This Decree takes effect 45 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 17. Responsibility for implementation

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the Governmental agencies and the Presidents of People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the organization, guidance, and inspection of the implementation of this Decree.
