Answer

1. I would like to take part in swimming. Because I don't know how to swim and I'm very scared everytime I am in water.

2. Water sports can be dangerous if you don't know how to survive in water and how to save yourself from water accident.

3. They can be made safer by training people participating in water sports well and ensure they are strong enough to do water sports.

Exercise 3. (Trang 84 - Tiếng Anh 12): Tell your partner about a type of water sport, using the following suggestions.

- Type of water sport you would like to take part in

- Place to play it

Answer

I would like to take part in swimming because now I can’t swim and everytime I am in water I’m very scared of drowning. I can swim in a swimming pool, a fresh small lake near my house or in the sea. To learn swimming I need a pair of swimming glasses and swimming suit. I can do this alone, or with a instrutor or a team who are learning to swim like me. To swim safely I should be equipped well and kept a eye of anytime by a lifeguard at the swimming pool.
